At the W.G. Bishop Nursing Home, on Sunday, April 27th, 2008  CARL   BEECHER   JENKINS   passed away at 76 years of age.  He was born in Minto, son of the late Burtis and Marion (Thompson) Jenkins.  He is survived by his wife Bertha (McLean) Jenkins of Coal Creek;  by daughters Ann (Al-Allan) Leavitt of Coal Creek, Connie (Chuch) Jenkins-Byers of Saint John and Brenda (Paul) Butler of Pennfield; by five grandchildren Crystal, Kelly and Randy-Michael Leavitt, Celina Jenkins-Byers and Brandy McGinley; and one great-grandson, Tyler Dickinson.  He was predeceased by infant daughter Isabel .

Funeral Service for Carl Jenkins was held from Christian Life Centre, Chipmna, on Tuesday, April 29th, 2008 with Rev. Kris Austin officianting on behalf of Pastor Dennis Sisco.  Interment was in the United Pentecostal Cemetery.  The pallbearers were Al Leavitt, Paul Butler, Randy-Michael Leavitt, Chuck Byers, Paul Miller and Ronnie Miller.
