ELLIOTT, Frances Arlene
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Frances Arlene Elliott at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton on September 30, 2008. Frances was the wife of the late Stewart Elliott. She was 82 years of age. Born in Kingscroft, NB, she was the daughter of the late Jarvis and Zella (McAllister) Brown. She throughly enjoyed her "girl trips" to Fredericton with her sister, Florence, and the social suppers and events she attended. Family get-to-gathers were a highlight for her. Frances was a kind and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and a friend to many people. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Pauline (Don) Merrill of Boiestown and Wanda Elliott (Leo Pye) of Rothesay; by her son, Eric (Nicole) Elliott of Douglas; by five grandchildren, Donnie Merrill Jr. (Lisa Francis) of Kingston, Ontario, Jody Merrill of Boiestown, Michael and Nicholas Connolly of Rothesay and Amber Elliott of Douglas; by two great-grandchildren, Jennaya and Devin Merrill of Kingston; by three sisters Vera Kelly (Milfred) of Aroostock, Ronella Ogden of Old Town, Maine, and Florence (Rowan) McRae of Midland; two sister-in-laws, Olive Brown and Jean Brown each of Chipman. In addition to her parents, Frances was predeceased by brothers Abner and Beverly Brown and by sisters Della Copeland and Olive McAllister.

Dennis Sisco officiating, followed by interment at Red Bank United Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA, Heart and Stroke Association, or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. .
