At the Queens North Health Complex on July 11th, 2009 VERA ANN (FRASER) MURRAY passed on, at the age of 89 years. Survived by her husband of 73 years, Ora Murray, of Gaspereau Forks; by daughters, Ruth True, Norma Murray, Doris Robinson and Starr Murray; by sons Kenneth (Gertie) and Merrill (Gabrielle); by brothers Hugh, Donald, Harold (May) and Girvan Fraser; by 9 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Calvin and Margaret (Glenn) Fraser; by sisters Roxie Robinson and Helen Brown; by brother Vincent Fraser; and by two grandchildren.

Resting at the Chipman Funeral Home until Monday when funeral service will be held from the Chipman United Church at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Kathi Zwicker officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home, on Sunday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorials to the Gaspereau Forks United Church or Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family. Interment in the Red Bank United Cemetery.
