Born in Minto, New Brunswick on December 26, 1958; he was the son of the late Waclaw and Rozalia Adamczyk.
Wally dedicated nearly 30 years to his life’s passion in the water treatment industry forming friendships and touching the lives of his clients in the Minto, Fredericton and Chipman areas and throughout New Brunswick. Wally greeted all those whom he met with a kind, friendly demeanor, and a charming smile. He thrived on being surrounded by those he loved. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Wally is survived by his beloved daughter Ashley Rozalia Cooper (Adamczyk) and son-in-law Colby Cooper; three sisters, Krystyna (Ioan) Mateica, Margaret Adamczyk, Lucy Vautour (Mike); five brothers, Richard Adamczyk (Nancy), Henry Adamczyk, Johnny Adamczyk (Claudette), Victor Adamczyk (Marla), Bob Adamczyk and fourteen nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and nephews; companion, Anita LeBlanc. In addition to his parents, Wally was predeceased by two brothers, Chesley and Stephen Adamczyk and a stepson Jason Hopkins.
The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to the wonderful staff at the Oromocto Public Hospital that cared for him with compassion and kindness throughout these difficult times.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent to the Boys & Girls Club of Fredericton, Alzheimer Society Canada or Water for People Canada.
Funeral service by invitation only will be held at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 11:00AM, followed by interment in Saint Bridget’s Catholic Cemetery on Friday June 26, 2020 and will not exceed 50 people with COVID-19 social distancing in effect in compliance with current Public Health guidelines.
