CLARK, Shirley M. – Chipman, NB

Shirley Maxine Clark passed away peacefully at her home in Chipman, NB on Friday, November 16, 2018 at the age of 89. Shirley was born in Chipman, March 17, 1929 daughter of the late Claude and Lelia (Legassie) Bishop. She is survived by her daughters, Beverly Clark of Chipman and Bonny Lafferty of Quispamsis; by one son Barry Clark of Chipman; sister, Alberta Bishop; grandchildren, Denica (Darrell) Blyth, Lisa (Brett) McLean, Christina (Rob) Burley, Rodney (Ara) Burley, Kim (Kirk) Saulnier, Jim (Charlene) Lafferty, Amanda (Kyle) Delong; great-grandchildren, Dustin (Ginette) Blyth, Kristie (Brad) Blyth, Christian, Zachary, Ian, Jack, Thomas, Alex, Tyler, Hailey, Grace, Noah, Ethan and Avery; great-great grandchildren, Alisha and Brooklyn; many nieces and nephews

Predeceased by her husband, Kenneth in 2008 and her daughter, Janice in 2011; siblings, Alfred, Purdy, Pearl, Bernice, Greta, Leslie, Juanita and Hazel.

Family will receive comfort at the Chipman Funeral Home & Crematorium on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at 1:00 pm with Pastor Chris Price officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. Interment will be made in the Red Bank United Church Cemetery at a later date.

Beverly, So very sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. She was a wonderful lady I will always remember going to her house with you on our noon hours when we were in High,(this was in our much younger days I might add) and she always had cookies for us.
