Shawn & Susan Welton

    Susan C. Welton was born in Fredericton NB in 1968. She is married to Shawn Welton, they have a son Blair. Susan resided in Chipman with her aunt and uncle from the age of 16, where she attended Chipman Regional High School and graduated in 1987. She was active in the operation of the funeral home from the age of 16. She received her Embalmers Diploma from the New Brunswick Funeral Directors and Embalmers Association in 1990. In July of 2009 Susan and Shawn purchased the Funeral Home from the Lockwoods. Prior to 2009 she worked in Calgary, Alberta and in Trail, British Columbia where she worked for one of the largest Funeral home and Crematorium providers in North America. Susan is very excited and is honoured to serve the families of Chipman, Minto and Grand Lake areas, she served on the Executive Committee  for the New Brunswick Funeral Directors and Embalmer’s Association.   Susan is very active in the many community events in the Grand Lake area.

Jeannie May-Gallant

    Jeannie May-Gallant was born in Saint John, New Brunswick in 1964. She is married to Noel Gallant and has two children, Emma and Brett. The family resides in Chipman, New Brunswick. Jeannie received her Embalmers Diploma from the New Brunswick Funeral Directors and Embalmers Association in 1994 and has been involved, on a part-time basis, in the operation of Chipman Funeral Home Ltd. Jeannie is a registered nurse and works part-time with the Extra-Mural program, she has graduated from UNB with her     Bachelor of Nursing Degree in 2008.

    Erika J. Welton graduated from NSCC with her diploma for the Funeral Director’s Program in Kentville NS.  She is currently working with Chipman Funeral Home & Crematorium on a casual basis.  Erika graduated from Petticodiac Regional High School in 2010.
